Yoga is basically a meditative practice and is vigorously followed by Hindus. This practice was originated from Indian culture. They have given some religious concept to this practice in accordance to their religion and culture. Many other religions also got influenced by this practice and adopted it in may derived ways as per their values or concepts (Shambhala).

It is a very interactive practice that is very much easy for a person to bring himher to the state of mediation. It provides a very much soothing effect to our brain and sensory reflexes and heals up the tiredness. It helps a lot towards the health point of too. It is a natural healing. Without motivation it could be a bit difficult to be a good yogi.

Felt during the Yoga practice
Yes it is a physical practice but it really gives a spiritual feeling to the individual and takes himher away from the tiredness, depression, mental stress and even motivates to live in this material world. It gave a seldom rest and relaxation. This ancient health-art really starts changing the mentality of the individual however it is not a magic but yes it is true with the help of personal experience that it can really bring many positive changes in the life including our perceptions, behaviors and health.

Balanced diet and high stamina is needed to perform this practice because it is not that much easy as it looks. It provides a deep feeling of enthusiasm and re-invigorates the human mental level. It can restore our many of the energy, health and many other traits of our life that we waste.
